By accessing or using the Singnify Service ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Account & Authentication

You may log in using OAuth providers such as Google, Apple, Facebook, or Spotify. You are responsible for your account credentials.

3. Definitions

• Content: Music, artwork, metadata you upload.
• Stores: Third-party platforms like Spotify, iTunes.
• Territory: Global unless otherwise specified.

4. Grant of Rights

You grant SingFLEX a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute your content while retaining ownership.

5. Upload Requirements

• Audio: MP3 or WAV, 16-bit, 44.1kHz
• Artwork: 3000x3000 px minimum, 300 DPI

6. Payments

Payouts are quarterly with a $100 minimum. Transactions are available via your dashboard.

7. Copyright & Ownership

You retain ownership of your content. Copyright protection may be placed in your name.

8. Store Distribution

We distribute to third-party Stores. We are not responsible for their actions or removals.

9. Prohibited Conduct

No illegal, explicit, hateful, or infringing content. Violators may be suspended.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend violators.
